Delivery charges

Prices and delivery charges are in US dollars. Standard shipping is free when the goods total is USD 100 or more after discounts. Below USD 100, delivery costs USD 25. The cart shows the final amount before payment.

The existing express option costs USD 25 on any order. It has no separately promised faster transit time; contact us first if you need delivery by a particular date.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Your Singapore consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law. The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act protects consumers against unfair practices and provides remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract. Conditions for voluntary change-of-mind returns are separate from those rights. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right takes priority.
